Many ways to celebrate Halloween in South Delta

Last Saturday saw the Ladner Leisure Centre host a Spooktacular Swim and the Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall hold its annual Halloween at the Mall event. Last Friday, Hawthorne Elementary turned the gym into a haunted house.
