The Tsawwassen Library will host a program entitled Memory and Aging next week.
During the session, which is set for Thursday, Feb. 28 from 2 to 3 p.m., participants will find out how memory functions and how it changes as we age. They will take home tips for maintaining and improving memory as well as advice about when to seek professional help.
The Fraser Valley Regional Library has partnered with the Council of Senior Citizens' Organizations of B.C. (COSCO) to promote fitness in body, brain and beyond to seniors.
COSCO has developed many health and safety promotion workshops. A trained senior facilitator delivers practical and useable information free of technical jargon.
