The Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall had a “great response” to its Stockings For Kids program this year.
“I had to get 60 more stockings, so instead of 250, we did 310,” says mall promotions manager Shannon Taylor.
The 22nd annual program saw stockings get sponsored, filled with gifts and returned to the mall for distribution by Deltassist Family and Community Services.
“We appreciate the community so much, for all of their generosity,” says Taylor.
Deltassist runs an annual Toy Depot program where toys are provided to local low-income families.
