The Cliff Drive Elementary PAC has been busy raising money for an addition to the Tsawwassen school’s playground. The addition would be more fitness based and focus on obstacle courses that would benefit students and the community alike.

The Cliff Drive Elementary PAC has been busy raising money for an addition to the Tsawwassen school’s playground. The addition would be more fitness based and focus on obstacle courses that would benefit students and the community alike. To assist in fundraising efforts, Linda Jones, an award-winning artist based in Ladner, donated a $2,000 acrylic painting titled Let’s Find Out if the World is Flat. Budget Foods in Ladner provided an area in which to display the painting to conduct a silent auction throughout October. A number of bids were received, including one for the true value of the painting.
