Local elementary school students Evan Rusticus (left) and Morgan McDonough were sworn in as “Chief Constables for the Day” Monday with the Delta Police Department. Rusticus, who attends Pebble Hill Elementary, and McDonough, a student at Sacred Heart, had a tour of police headquarters, were briefed on the different sections of the department and learned about the “ins and outs” of running a police organization.
