The new school year traditionally starts the day after Labour Day, but this isn't a typical year. With the province-wide teachers' dispute still unresolved, the start of the 2014-15 school year next Tuesday is definitely in jeopardy. Job action that began in the spring is poised to continue until an agreement is reached.
