Spring cleaning includes getting rid of unwanted paperwork and Delta Friends of the Library is offering help to dispose of those documents the right way.
The group is sponsoring a Shred-a-Thon fundraiser this weekend that offers Fraser Valley Regional Library customers and community members an opportunity to directly support their Delta libraries by bringing their confidential documents and tax papers for secure destruction by Shred-it.
Shredding will occur outside the Tsawwassen Library entrance on Saturday, May 3 from 10 a. m. to 2 p. m.
Shredding will be done by donation and income tax receipts will be available for donations over $ 20.
