The 828 Hurricane Air Cadet Squadron will be celebrating its 40th anniversary with the community next week.
A special event will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 15 from 7: 30 to 9 p.m. at the South Delta Recreation Centre.
If the squadron has touched your life in any way at any time in the last 40 years, or you'd just like to help the group celebrate the milestone, you're invited to attend.
Doors will open at 7: 30 p.m. for a mix and mingle including light refreshments. Seating and parade to commence at 8 p.m. with cake and photo slideshow presentation to follow.
