Graphic novelist to read from his latest work at Ladner Library

Acclaimed graphic novelist Scott Chantler will talk about his most recent book, Two Generals, when he visits the Ladner Pioneer Library later this month.

Inspired by his grandfather's experiences in the Second World War, Chantler's novel tells a personal story through the popular and exciting medium of the graphic novel.

Readers ages 12 and up will enjoy learning from one of Canada's best about the art of writing and illustrating a graphic novel.

The reading will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 25 from 10: 15 to 11: 15 a.m.

Chantler is the Shuster Award-winning cartoonist of the graphic novels Two Generals, Northwest Passage and the Three Thieves series.
