The Sidekick Players Club is still looking for one more actor for its production of The Drawer Boy.

Written by Michael Healey and directed for Sidekick by Carroll Lefebvre, it’s a story about Morgan and Angus, longtime friends who served in the Second World War together.

One was injured, which affected his life forever. The other lived with the guilt.

The third member of the cast, Miles, is a young actor who, along with some friends, is writing a play about farmers. He is visiting to learn more about farm life, but instead, his visit opens many wounds.

Lefebvre is still looking for an actor to play Miles, who is in his 20s.

The Drawer Boy will be staged at the Tsawwassen Arts Centre in April.

E-mail [email protected] to arrange an audition before Jan. 15.
