The Art Show runs from Sept. 1 to 30. The theme is ocean scenes – let your imagination take that where it will.

Are you an artist or someone who wants to explore their artistic side? Do you feel the need to express yourself through art? Display your talents at the Tiny Art Show at Ladner Pioneer Library.

The Art Show runs from Sept. 1 to 30. The theme is ocean scenes – let your imagination take that where it will.

All pieces must be 8.5” by 5.5” or smaller.

Creating a tiny art rather than something bigger allows you to enjoy the process and lessens the chance you'll experience stress about it. Enjoy the added benefits. Art forces your thoughts to slow down and helps you feel calmer and less anxious. Seeing your finished piece can increase your confidence and lower feelings of depression. To experience this feel-good win, submit your masterpiece by Thursday, Aug. 31.

Appropriately sized cardstock is available to pick up at the library until Aug. 27.
