The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Delta Cable headquarters, 5381 Ladner Trunk Rd. It will feature:

A local business owner was recently among close to 600 ambitious hikers taking part in the annual Grouse Grind Mountain Run.

Terry Bremner, who owns Wellbrook Winery and Bremner's Juices in Ladner, completed the race in 35 minutes and 21 seconds. His brother Peter was close behind in a time of 37: 35, and other Bremner's representatives came away with two first and two second place finishes in their respective age groups.

A number of local residents also recently took part in another race.

On the Thanksgiving long weekend, 22 members of The RunInn's running clinic headed over to Victoria to participate in the Victoria half and full marathon.
