Ladner Auto Body is now a member of the CSN network.
"You don't pick them, they pick you," said Ladner Auto Body owner Rick Richardson.
He said CSN (Collision Solutions Network) wants long-term mom-and-pop organizations that have a good reputation in the community.
The local business joined CSN last year. It is now able to offer a national lifetime
warranty on repairs and Richardson said he's ecstatic about that.
Service is everything in the industry, he said.
"You want to be able to take away that feeling of them being upset with their car, and just take care of everything."
Richardson is on the executive of the Ladner Business Association and a member of the Ladner Village Quilt Walk and Classic Car Show committee for nearly a decade. Ladner Auto Body has been in business for 38 years. The family owned and operated business was started by Richardson's father, Stan.
