Ron Toigo (right), managing director of Shato Holdings, and Ross Clouston, project manager for Talisman Homes, were at Tsawwassen Springs last Saturday for a groundbreaking ceremony for the development's clubhouse. The 32,000-square-foot building will house a bar, restaurant, banquet facility and pro shop as well as other commercial tenants, including Tsawwassen Wellness Centre, Sungod Sports + Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Clinic and Seafair Gourmet Meats & Specialty Grocery. A fitness centre is also planned. Construction will begin this summer on the project that will serve the golf course and the 490 Tsawwassen Springs residences as well as the wider community.
