Shato Holdings and Talisman Homes will unveil building plans, renderings and commercial tenants for the 32,000-square-foot Tsawwassen Springs clubhouse during a groundbreaking event set for Saturday.

The clubhouse will offer a restaurant and bar, fitness centre, physiotherapist, wellness centre (including Pilates and yoga) as well as a specialty grocery and meat shop. Construction will begin this summer.

"Tsawwassen Springs is often referred to as the Lower Mainland's best kept secret," said Ron Toigo, managing director of Shato Holdings. "Buyers are seeing the value here. With the clubhouse underway, it will only bring more confidence to the local marketplace."

Tsawwassen Springs is comprised of 490 residences, including 194 single-family homes and 296 condos on a new golf course.

Interest in the project thus far has largely come from residents of Richmond, the west side of Vancouver, the North Shore, Ladner and Tsawwassen.
