A Christmas display at the Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall is a finalist for a CSE Readers' Choice - National Star Award, the mall announced Wednesday.
The Christmas set, titled Santa's Shore, is a finalist in the best theme décor under $25,000 category.
Mall promotions manager Shannon Taylor provided the concept direction while Greenscape Design & Décor designed and created the set.
Taylor said the Christmas set was very different compared to what the mall had in the past.
"The objective of that particular Christmas set was to highlight the features of Tsawwassen and our surrounding areas rather than focusing on traditional Christmas colours, design and look," Taylor said.
The awards are given out by canadianspecialevents.com.
Winners will be announced at a gala in Toronto next week.
