Niagara Falls Restaurant in Ladner may look different but the food remains the same, the owners assure.
The family-run Delta Street establishment reopened last week after over a month of renovation work. The front of the restaurant received a major facelift.
Owned by Tom and Georgia Dais and their son Kosta, Niagara Falls Restaurant will still continue to serve favourite menu items like pizza, steak and souvlaki.
The family notes that Kosta will soon be taking over the business but that Tom and Georgia will still be involved.
"Tom will be around," says Georgia, adding that she'll still be in the kitchen. "We're all going to be there."
The family has a lengthy history - over three decades - of serving the community, dating back to opening Ladner Pizza before establishing Niagara Falls Restaurant.
Longtime employees Maria Psiharis and Joanne Bocolas are still going to be working at the restaurant as well as Kosta's sisters Yiota and Dina.
