Cobblestone Cottage is now Vinca's Kitchen.
Owner Alviene Wilkins took the opportunity to change the name of her business as it moved a few doors along 48th Avenue in Ladner Village.
The kitchenware store is now in a larger location, which makes it easier to display products.
Wilkins says she loves the new space.
The store offers a range of kitchenware, including dishes, utensils, cookware,
storage items, cleaning items and linens.
Wilkins says keeping all budgets in mind is very important to her.
"People in Ladner are very loyal in wanting to shop local so I want to offer something for all budgets."
She says she's honoured to do business in Ladner and that customers, friends and neighbours offered help during the move. As well, people dropped by on opening day with words of encouragement and well wishes.
Vinca's Kitchen is located at 5042-48th Ave., Ladner. The store is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit vincaskitchen.ca or call 604-946-7784.
