Phu Thai Spa presented the Delta Hospice Society with a cheque for $800 raised at a recent outdoor spa event.
The spa, which has been overwhelmed with support since opening last year, decided to give back by hosting an evening that also featured live entertainment and a fully catered menu.
"We are so appreciative of the support from the community. Thank you to all who participated in this event," said Delta Hospice executive director Nancy Macey. "One hundred per cent of the money that was raised will go directly to helping people in our community."
