On a cold January morning, volunteers from the South Delta Sun Devils football team joined Business Improvement Association of Tsawwassen president Randy Scott, owner of Randy's Tirecraft Auto Centre, and BIA executive director Heather Gibbs to remove over 500 strings of multi-coloured lights that had illuminated the streets of Tsawwassen during the holiday season.
