All nominees had to exhibit ethical standards of honesty, integrity and consistency in dealing with employees, contractors and customers, while positively enhancing the economic well-being of the firm's stakeholders.

A team from Students In Free Enterprise, at the Business School of the B.C. Institute of Technology, administered the award nominations process.

Recognition of the three finalists, and the presentation to the winner, will take place at the Delta Chamber of Commerce's Hats Off to Excellence Awards Gala at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn.
