The Delta Chamber of Commerce presents a Future Glance workshop on planning for the changing business landscape next Wednesday.
Scott Armstrong, who has experience as a senior executive, educator, presenter and corporate banker, will be the keynote speaker.
At the workshop participants will:
. Examine both the local and global forces of change that may affect their business;
. Identify what their competitive advantage is and possible threats to it;
. Discuss the three main ways to maintain and enhance their competitive advantage in their changing space and determine which ones are best for their enterprise; and
. Create usable strategies and tactics to ensure their company's continued success.
The workshop is set for Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 5 p.m. at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn. It costs $20 for chamber members or $40 for non-members.
