There will be familiar buildings and landscapes to Ladner residents for the latest episode of the AMC series Lucky Hank that airs on Sunday night at 6 p.m.

It was back in October when Rotary Park and the surrounding grounds around Delta Municipal Hall and the Ladner Leisure Centre were transformed into a fictional Pennsylvania university.

Lucky Hank stars Bob Odenkirk who plays William Henry Deveraux Jr. “Hank,” the unlikely interim chair of the English department at Railton College while he experiences a mid-life crisis. The series is the adaption of the Richard Russo novel Straight Man.

Episode four “The Goose Boxer” sees the college professors look to the union to protect their jobs, while Hank tries a different approach.

It’s Odenkirk’s third series with AMC, following Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul where he played the popular small time criminal attorney Saul Goodman.

Filming of the first season of Lucky Hank began in September and wrapped up three months later with production taking place throughout Metro Vancouver.
