Canadian Mental Health Association Delta offers a Family Support Group for individuals supporting someone with a mental illness. CMHA Delta offers a fully funded skill-building course for age 13-19 in Ladner beginning Monday July 14 from 1 to 4 p.m. The group will continue July 18, 21 25. Turning Mental Health Inside-Out -a free group on mental wellbeing at the Tsawwassen Library meets Tuesday evenings from 7 -8:30 p.m. Next meeting is July 15.
