A section of Ladner Trunk Road was closed in both directions for a couple hours yesterday morning following a two-vehicle crash. According to Delta police, at around 8:30 a.m. a driver attempting to make a left turn out of the Ladner Christian Fellowship Church parking lot failed to see a westbound truck. The two vehicles collided. One driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries but was expected to be released quickly. The driver of the car was issued a ticket for failing to yield on a left turn. The road was re-opened around 10:30 a.m.
