The Corporation of Delta issued a warning about possible flooding in low-lying areas Monday morning.
Strong winds coupled with high tide could result in localized flooding in the areas of Tsawwassen Beach and Westham Island.
Waterfront areas along the Tsawwassen First Nation may also be at risk of flooding.
