A few pieces of the Delta Police Department's history will be traveling around the community in the coming months.
The display, put together by the Delta Museum and Archives in honour of the department's 125th anniversary this year, takes a look at the department over the years through photos and stories as well as memorabilia, including old handcuffs, a breathalyzer and uniforms.
The display will be in the main lobby at Delta municipal hall until April 12.
It will then move to the Coast Tsawwassen Inn for a few days for the B.C. Association of Police Boards conference. The display will also appear at Scottsdale Mall in North Delta as well as other locations throughout the municipality.
