A pair of Delta rowers came away with medals from the same race at last month's National Rowing Championships in Welland, ON.
Max Lattimer teamed up with Evan Cheng to win the lightweight men's pair event. Tsawwassen's Brendan Hodge and Eric Woelfl of Ontario earned silver - two seconds off the front-running boat. Earlier, Lattimer and Cheng also won the U23 lightweight pairs race.
Regatta organizers were forced to run the finals in a 2000-metre time-trial format Sunday morning after having to cancel the semi-final heats a day earlier due to windy conditions.
