Let’s head back to September 1972 when a new men’s hair styling salon opened in Tsawwassen.
The Mazzie brothers, Vic and Frank, opened the Matador at the Delta Fair mall.
Both had experience working at barber shops and men’s hair styling salons in Vancouver.
They also sold wigs and hairpieces.
