The Corporation of Delta is looking at new commercial uses for the former volunteer fire hall at the interchange of highways 10 and 99. The municipality is planning to sell the property, which is less than two acres in size and deemed surplus, with the building on it, which would allow a potential purchaser to repurpose the structure or demolish it.
