Go Green Delta will present an Earth Month discussion on the acclaimed book The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals at the Tsawwassen Library next Wednesday.

Go Green Delta will present an Earth Month discussion on the acclaimed book The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals at the Tsawwassen Library next Wednesday.

Earthwise Society executive director Patricia Fleming will introduce and lead a public discussion of the book by author and journalist Michael Pollan.

The Omnivore's Dilemma is a New York Times bestseller in which Pollan explores where our food comes from and what is the real cost.

It was named one of the 10 best books of 2006 by both the New York Times and the Washington Post. Other accolades include the California Book Award, the Northern California Book Award and the James Beard Award. The book was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award.

The discussion is set for Wednesday, April 11 at 7 p.m. at the Tsawwassen Library.
