The fundraising effort by the PAC at Ladner Elementary school to build a new playground and outdoor learning spaces got a big boost last week.
Applewood Nissan Richmond provided the thrilled parent group with a $10,000 cheque.
That brings the total the PAC has raised so far to $30,000 for the project, estimated to cost somewhere between $180,000-to-$200,000.
The City of Delta will also contribute to the project.
