"Do you really want another four more years" of B.C. NDP in provincial power, this letter writer asks.

The Editor:

With another provincial election looming on the horizon, British Columbians really need to ask themselves if we are any better off now than we were in 2017 when this NDP government of ours took the reigns of power.

It seems to me that financially, most of us are barely scraping by.

Affordable housing seems to be a thing of the past for all but the very most wealthy people.

Our streets are teeming with homeless individuals, thieves and drug addicts, while ruthless gangsters fire automatic weapons in our neighbourhoods at will.

Too many of our hospitals and schools are under-funded, and under-staffed while our emergency service providers, such as EMT's, firefighters and police services are overwhelmed and sorely underpaid.

And, by the way, where is the replacement for the Massey Tunnel that the NDP promised us all those years ago?

When it comes time to cast your ballots for this upcoming election, I urge you to first ask yourself, "Do you really want another four more years of this?"

It really is long past time for a change.
