A worker was killed earlier this week after being hit by a vehicle at an industrial site on River Road.
Delta police say the man was struck by a front end loader on Tuesday afternoon at a wood chip fuel business in the 9400-block.
The front end loader was believed to be driven by a coworker.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
A/Sgt. Sarah Swallow said the incident does not appear to be criminal in nature and the investigation has be handed over to WorkSafeBC.
The victim's name has not been released.
