The Ladner Business Association started a new festival tradition Thursday night with its inaugural Christmas Tree Festival.
The festival included entertainment with Tony Barton and roving carolers from Delta Secondary School and the Delta Community Music School, cookie decorating, crafts and, of course, the annual lighting of the tree at the corner of 48th Avenue and Delta Street.
