Sunny skies are expected to continue for the Tri-Cities this week with temperatures rising up to 25 degrees Celsius over the weekend.

Environment Canada predicts highs for inland Metro Vancouver to steadily climb from 21 C on Wednesday to 25 C by Saturday.

The Weather Network, meanwhile, forecasts winds of up to 22 kilometres per hour Saturday, making Coquitlam temperatures feel like 23 C.

By Sunday, scattered clouds are expected to slightly regulate temperatures to an inland high of 22 C by Monday, April 19.
