Let’s head back to June 1974 when there was a third attempt at building a school fountain at Delta Secondary School.
The latest design was created by art teacher Rain Leah.
It was reported at the time that the school’s previous two attempts at building a fountain on the grounds were foiled by fires. Everyone was hoping for success the third time around.
