Top 10 most expensive homes in B.C.

Not surprisingly, eight of the top 10 valued residential properties in the province are in the City of Vancouver.

Not surprisingly, eight of the top 10 valued residential properties in the province are in the City of Vancouver. Most of those are in the Point Grey neighbourhood, with two in Kitsilano, one in Shaughnessy and a fourth in the University Endowment Lands.

The one property outside Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland, is an acreage on James Island, one of the Gulf Islands.

With the cheapest on the list coming in a more than $9 million, no properties in Delta cracked the top 500 in the province.
