One person died Wednesday morning after a crash between a dump truck and a passenger vehicle on Ladner Trunk Road.
A 17-year-old male from Langley died at the scene. A 23-year-old female, also from Langley, was transported to hospital with serious injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.
The collision occurred in the 9800-block of Ladner Trunk Road around 9 a.m.
Police are asking for witnesses to come forward with information. Witnesses are asked to call Const. Grayson Smith at 604-946-4411.
Ladner Trunk Road was closed between 104th Street and Highway 99 until later in the evening Wednesday.
