Delta residents continue to support health care workers and first responders by making noise and cheering at 7 p.m. each night during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delta police and fire have gotten in on the act as well.

The small community of Royal Oaks in Tsawwassen is getting involved too. Owners have put up coloured Christmas lights, hung the Canadian flags from their balconies and garages, and every night many gather on their balconies and on the interior road here to bang on pots and pans and clap in appreciation of health care workers and first responders.
