After having their playoff game cancelled a week earlier, SD4 found themselves in the beautiful Langley Events Centre ready to do battle.

SD4 surrendered a quick goal before Alex Grabowski answered late in the period to make it 1-1.

The teams exchanged second period goals with Grabowski giving South Delta a brief lead with his second of the game before Langley answered 30 seconds later.

Going into the third, the locals were only playing for the tie as they had no penalty minutes the entire game, but with about five minutes to go they found themselves trailing 3-2. With about 50 seconds left, the puck was dumped into the Langley zone and chased down by Trevor Gibson who made a phenomenal forecheck to pick pocket the defenceman and pass it out front to Grabowski. He completed the hat trick to tie the game at 3-3 and ensure that SD4 would win the banner.

Coaches Kyle Enns, Taylan Kornelsen and Jeff Enns want to congratulate the players for a very successful season.
