The Ladner Gunners are District 5 U15 Group K gold medal winners after a convincing performance in last Saturday's championship game.

The boys soccer team rolled to a 4-0 victory over the West Coast Avalanche, avenging an earlier penalty kick loss in cup play-downs.

The Gunners had earned a berth in the final by finishing on top of their group with a 4-0-1 record.

The Avalanche also took plenty of momentum into the championship game after posting a 3-0-2 record.

The rematch in Langley proved to be all Ladner as the locals dominated their Pitt Meadows opponent on goals from Hayden Siltberg, Jason Longpre, Hans Christie and goalkeeper Isaac Embree on a penalty kick.

The Gunners roster also features Nickolas Walker, Ethan Pease, Robert Powell, Taylor Adamson, Taylor Brown, Harjeevan Jagpal, Evan Dickson, Andrew Wasylyk, Brad Dempsey, Lucas Noguer, Evan Willis and Dustin Tilly.

The boys are coached by Tim Siltberg.
