Is it fair that two adults and one baby living in their own home in Delta be paying the same utility fees as a family of five?
We also only put out one can of garbage a week. We also only each shower three to five times a week. We only wash our clothes once a week even with a baby.
I don't think it should just be seniors that get a break on their utility fees, especially if we are using less than two seniors. Age should not matter when it comes to what families in Delta pay for utility bills.
