In CAO George Harvie's comments dealing with my banishment from the municipal recreation facilities, he mentioned a couple of items I wish to explore further.
The first item is the appeal of the banishment decision, which I thank Harvie for bringing forward. I would indeed like to be involved in such an appeal.
I would like to be advised what next steps to take in order to formally initiate the appeal process.
The second item he mentioned is that my behaviour at the pool was perceived as being a threat to staff safety. I certainly don't want to be perceived as a threat to the safety of anyone and certainly not to the pool staff with whom I have successfully interacted for many years.
I sincerely hope that an outcome of this process will be to restore my access to the municipal facilities and that the staff who work there will regain their trust in me.
