I know this has been argued for a long time, but is this reasonable?
Leaving Boundary Bay Wednesday morning, I saw firefighters from the Delta Fire Department heading down 3rd Avenue as first responders. From this point, I had enough time to drive into town, park at the mall, walk across 56th Street, order a Starbucks, return to my car and pull back out on to 56th Street before an ambulance from Ladner passed by. And it was still two-plus minutes away from Boundary Bay.
Oh well, at least another coffee shop is opening in Tsawwassen. It's not like we need an ambulance station.
