I am writing on the lack of development in Ladner Village and the overall slow advance of new affordable homes in Ladner.
While I appreciate the fact Ladner has a unique history that is to be cherished, I look to other municipalities, large and small, and I see how they incorporate and promote their history while also developing their communities.
Developing and development do not have to be negative, and bringing in new affordable homes such as the proposed development at Village Walk can further the sense of community in that area as well as spur future development of services, shops and restaurants.
