Re: Post office flag a disgrace, letter to the editor, Jan. 16
I was surprised and disappointed when I read Shirley MacNutt's letter about the disgraceful condition of the post office flag in Ladner. However, I am now doubly disappointed because I note that the Canada Post flag is Tsawwassen is in an even worse state with only a "ragged, torn piece" of red.
The building is on 12th Avenue next to our fire department, which is flying a beautiful Canadian flag at half-mast to honour one of their own.
Shame on whomever is responsible.
