Every time I read the latest update on the Benjamin "Monty" Robinson case, I scratch my head.
I am no lawyer, but it all seems pretty straightforward to me. He was involved in an accident that killed Orion Hutchinson, he left the scene and he failed two breathalyzer tests. What further "evidence" is required?
A regular schmuck would have been locked up for this years ago. The cost of these proceedings seem to be a colossal waste of money.
Please do the right thing here and allow Orion's family to move forward with their lives.
