Re: Arrogant dog owners ignore law, letter to the
editor, Jan. 18 I thought "illiterate and cannot read" meant the same thing. And this coming from me, a dog owner.
Also, he only noticed "ladies" unleashing their dogs directly beneath the signs. You, sir, and I use this term loosely, are ill mannered and prevaricate.
