I sure hope the proposed fence is higher than five feet. Unless it is at least six feet, there will be those people who will try to climb it.
People are lazy and will try their best to climb over, so make a fence that cannot be challenged like climbing wall.
Mark my words: some idiot will try and just might fall off and get run over.
